Hand Made Goat Milk Soap

Goat milk adds richness, and a creamier lather to bath and body soap, and it's also very moisturizing. Goat Milk has been used as a cleanser and beauty aid for centuries. Goats milk, has special qualities. It is used universally by people with all types of skin and is especially good for people with sensitivities to other types of milk. It is used for everything from feeding babies to bathing. Goats milk has a pH close to skins own natural pH resulting in mild, non-irritating and highly moisturizing soap even for the most delicate and sensitive skin. Goat milk is also a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids. Recent bath and body studies indicated that alpha-hydoxy acids rejuvenate your skin, making you look and feel smoother and younger. At SudznBucket we make our goat milk soap in small batches using saponified vegetable oils and goats milk from our mini-nubian goats. We then hand mill all of our soap and add essential oils, oatmeal, cornmeal, roseclay, french greenclay, and herbs to each special blend. This extra step doubles the time spent on each bar of soap but is worth the end result, which is a harder more consistent bar of soap with rich moisturizing lather! By adding the essential oils and other ingredients in the handmilling process it preserves the healing qualities of the essential oils and gives our soap the full strength of their scents. To add to the beauty of our goats milk soap we pour each one into a beautiful, ornamental mold either in a 4 oz bath size or a smaller guest size version. The molds we have come in an array of animal shapes, horse, goat chicken, pig, rabbits, dog, dolphin, or dragonfly, as well as floral, hearts, and celtic designs for your enjoyment. The scents we offer are Lavender, Lavender Sage, Sage, Rose, Peppermint, YlangYlang, Lily of the Valley, Peony, Gardenia, Patchouli, Lavender Patchouli, Sage Lime, Lavender Peppermint, Cinnamon and we are always willing to try new suggestions, as we make small batches and can customize a blend for you. Oils used are shea butter, cocoa butter, almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, palm oil, hemp seed, and evening prim rose oil.
